Customers are responsible for tracking their packages. Signature is required on all wig orders.
WE PROCESS AND SHIP OUR ORDERS DURING BUSINESS HOURS (Monday - Friday 10 AM to 6 PM Central Time). Orders are not processed or shipped on the weekends.
Current processing time is 1-3 Business Days for in-stock items. Custom items will be processed within 7 Business Days.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once the order has been processed, we will send a tracking number to the e-mail you provided at check-out.
All packages being delivered domestically will have a shipping time estimate listed on the check-out page.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?
Normally you should not be charged any extra fees. However some countries are very strict with customs and may hold your package at the customs location. If your package is being the held they will contact either you (the customer) or Aegyo Human Hair Wigs.
We will assist you should this situation arise.
They may hold your package until you pay customs/import duties, an extra charge for importing merchandise from other countries. You may be required to pay these when you accept delivery of the item. If you refuse to accept delivery of the package, the courier will return the items to us.
If this happens, Aegyo Human Hair Wigs may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you. We will recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from your refund, and returning the remaining money to you as soon as we have received the package. We cannot issue a refund until the package is returned to our office by the carrier.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED DELIVERY
Packages require signature release for delivery. If you have missed your delivery, follow the instructions on your door tag to obtain retrieve your package. Packages that are not picked up within a certain time-frame may be returned to us. Contact your local post office for more information.
LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES
Aegyo Human Hair Wigs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please enter the correct address information (including apartment numbers, if applicable) at check out. If you believe that your package has been stolen, contact both the proper authorities AND the shipping company immediately.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE / CANCELLATION
Aegyo Human Hair Wigs are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping addresses or incorrect cap sizing. Please make sure your shipping information is correct and that you know your wig cap size. Our Hair Care Instructions/ FAQ might be helpful in resolving any issues you may have with your wig(s), but please contact us by phone or text at (312) 678 - 0112 if you need further assistance.
Orders must be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
All refunds are subject to fees in order to cover payment processing fees issued by our payment providers.
